Free shipping ports for delivery in Continental Portugal.
All orders for the Azores and Madeira have a cost of 12.00 €.
Shipping to Europe have a cost of 12.00 € and outside Europe 20.00 €.
Expedition to other countries: value under consultation.
International orders are subject to the legal import fees of the country of destination. B ∙ Joy cannot predict the value of them, since it differs from country to country. We advise our customers to contact local authorities for more information.
The normal delivery time for Continental Portugal is 24 hours (in articles with stock available); 48 to 72 hours (on items that are not stock available) after confirmation of payment. If this term extends, please contact our Customer Service.
Orders are shipped by mail.
No sales are made to Greece and France. Please go to a physical point of sale in these countries to purchase our items. The retail prices at these sales point may vary from the retail prices in this online store.
Bjoy.pt has three ways to pay for your order:
– Paypal – You can use this method to make payments with your credit card if you do not have a PayPal account. For payments made with paypal your order will have an increase of 3%.
– Multibanco – Buy online and pay in any box on the Multibanco network. At the end of the order, bjoy.pt sends you an email with the necessary elements to make the payment of your order in any of the boxes of the Multibanco network using the option Payment of Purchases.
– MB Way – Easy and simple payment using “MB WAY” on your mobile phone. (available only to customers of Portuguese banks with the MB WAY application installed).
SWAPS AND RETURNS
Will surely be satisfied with your order. However, if it is not fully satisfied, B ∙ Joy performs the exchange of any article, once returned without use and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase, within a maximum of fifteen working days.

The return cost of any article is your responsibility, except in the case of exchanges or returns caused by a B ∙ Joy. In this particular situation, the cost will be assumed by us.
The returned items are your responsibility until you reach our warehouse. So please make sure that you will marketable prepare them the best way for shipping. Please save the receipt of the dispatch as proof of submission.
We do not make returns for money, only exchanges are accepted.
